CITY OF PRIOR LAKE
ORDINANCE NO. 89-01
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PRIOR LAKE ZONING ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO.
83-06, AND PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE, TITLE 5.
The Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
section 4.1 L. of the Prior Lake Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
83-06, and Title 5, Section 5-4-1(L), of Prior Lake City Code, are
hereby amended to read as follows:
L. The minimum setback requirement for county roads and
collector streets shall be measured from the centerline of
the existing traveled roadway. Setback requirements differ
according to the functional designation of the road as
classified in the Prior Lake Comprehensive Plan. Front yard
setbacks for the following designated roads shall be
determined as follows:
Collector Streets:
85 feet in platted areas with utilities;
150 feet in all other areas
County Roads:
85 feet in platted areas with utilities;
150 feet in all other areas
County Road 42:
County Road 18:
150 feet in all areas
250 feet in all areas
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and
publication.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 3rd day of
April , 1989.
