ORDINANCE NO. 88-21
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF PRIOR LAKE ORDINANCE NO. 83-08.
The city Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
The Cable Television Franchise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 83-08, of the
city of Prior Lake is hereby amended as follows:
Article I, Section 2(I), is hereby amended to read as follows:
I. "Grantee" is star Midwest, Inc., its agents and employees.
Article I, Section 2(N), is here amended to read as follows:
N. "Offering of Grantee" or "Offering" means that certain
document dated December 13, 1982, entitled "Application for
Cable Television Franchise" and signed by Grantee's
predecessor, as amended from time to time by mutual written
agreement between Grantee and City or its delegatee, and that
certain document dated April 8, 1983, entitled "Answers to
Additional Questions for Prior Lake System", which documents
are on file with the City Manager.
Article II, Section 8, is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 8.
WRITTEN NOTICE
All notices, reports or demands that are required to be given
in writing under this Franchise shall be deemed to be given when
delivered personally to any officer of Grantee or the City Manager of
this Franchise or 48 hours after it is deposited in the United states
mail in a sealed envelope, with registered or certified mail postage
prepaid thereon, addressed to the party to which notice is being
given, as follows:

ORDINANCE NO.
83-08
The City Council of the City of Prior Lake hereby adopts by reference
the Cable TV ordinance.
Copies of the ordinance are available in the office of the City Manager.
This ordinance is furnished to give notice of the adoption of the Cable TV
Ordinance as codified in the Prior Lake City Code. Said Ordinance is
adopted by reference and the Cable TV ordinance will not be published in its
entirety.
