CITY OF PRIOR LAKE
ORDINANCE NO. 88-18
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE TITLE 4, CHAPTER 2,
PLUMBING CODE.
The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
Section 4-2-1 of Prior Lake City Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
4-2-1: STATE PLUMBING CODE ADOPTED: The provisions of the
Minnesota Plumbing Code were adopted by the City of
Prior Lake with its adoption of the Minnesota state Building Code, by
reference, pursuant to Ordinance No. 88-10. Three (3) copies are on
file in the office of the City Planning and Inspection Department for
public inspection.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and
pUblication.
Passed by the Council this 18th day of
April
