CITY OF PRIOR LAKE
ORDINANCE NO. 88-09
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PRIOR LAKE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 83-06 AND
PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE.
The Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
Section 4.1(L) of the Prior Lake Zoning Ordinance and Section
5-4-1(L) of Prior Lake City Code are hereby amended to read as
follows:
(L) In platted areas where City sewer and water are available,
the minimum front yard setback in all districts for county
roads and collectors shall be eighty-three (83) feet from
the centerline of the traveled roadway. In all other areas,
the front yard setback from county roads and collectors
shall be one hundred fifty (ISO) feet from the centerline of
the traveled roadway. The centerline of the closest adjacent
lane shall be used to measure front yard setbacks in
instances of four lane roadways.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and
pUblication.
Passed by the Council this 7th day of March , 1988.
