CITY OF PRIOR LAKE
ORDINANCE NO. 88-07
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PRIOR LAKE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 83-06 AND PRIOR
LAKE CITY CODE.
The Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
Section 3.2, B-2 Community Business, of Prior Lake Zoning Ordinance
No. 83-06 is hereby amended by adding: "IS. Car Wash".
Section 5-3-3 of Prior Lake City Code is hereby amended by adding:
"15. Car wash" under B-2 Community Business, Conditional Uses.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and
publication.
